The Chagford Film Festival is an annual event run by a CIC. I am currently working with them to raise the profile of the festival through the use of social media, email and print.

My role/ the outcome
My role is to lead on the design of posts for example. The goal of the gif (for social media) is to encourage potential visitors to think of the Festival as a great space for (re)discovery. Whether that be a new film or an old favourite seen in a new environment.
I came up with the concept, wrote the caption, designed the gif and added the animation with After Effects.

Breakoff is a twice-yearly magazine about the sport of snooker. Their target audience is existing snooker fans, and their mission is to deliver informative, entertaining content about the current season, as well as about the sport’s history.

Project details

Summary: Design a one-page infographic to include in their next issue. Its purpose is to compare the records of some of the sport’s top players from the past few decades.

Outcomes: The infographic should be visually attractive, but also communicate the data clearly, and allow the reader to compare the players easily.

My role/ the outcome

I decided on the colour-scheme and the layout of the infographic. It was important to make the overall design of this spec-work project look engaging and distinctive.
